TALLINNA KAUBAMAJA AUDITED ANNUAL REPORT 2011
The consolidated audited revenue of Tallinna Kaubamaja Group for the year of 2011 was 436.0 million euros. The revenue of the comparable period last year was 412.7 million euros. The revenue increased by 5.6 per cent.
The Supervisory Board of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS approved today, on 16 March 2012 the annual report and profit allocation proposal for the year 2011 of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS. The Supervisory Board decided to present the annual report and profit allocation proposal as prepared by the management for the approval of the general meeting of shareholders. The revenues and profits remained unchanged compared to the preliminary disclosure on 15 February 2012.
The consolidated audited revenue of Tallinna Kaubamaja Group for the year of 2011 was 436.0 million euros. The revenue of the comparable period last year was 412.7 million euros. The revenue increased by 5.6 per cent.
The consolidated audited net profit of the Group for the year of 2011 was 21.5 million euros. The net profit of the year 2010 was 16.6 million euros.
