TALLINN RESIDENTAL AREA GETS A NEW SHOPPING MALL BY 2015
TALLINN, 1. October 2013, www. balticbusinessnews.com - Haabneeme, the centre of Viimsi municipality, the affluent private residential area just outside Tallinn, will have a new shopping centre by 2015.
The shopping centre will be developed by the real estate arm of the Tallinna Kaubamaja department store group that owns a 2.3 ha property on Randvere tee and will have 14,000 sqm of floor space.
The two-story structure would accommodate various retailers, caterers, a sports club and other service businesses on 14,000 square meters.
The shopping center's anchor tenant will be a Selver hypermarket on approximately 4,000 square meters of floor area and at least 70 workers, which would make it the sixth biggest Selver overall.
