NAME CHANGE FOR TALLINNA KAUBAMAJA SUBSIDARY

AS Tallinna Kaubamaja has changed the business name of its subsidiary OptiGroup Invest OÜ (with the group’s direct holding of 100%), amended its statutes and elected a new supervisory board. The new business name of OptiGroup Invest OÜ is TKM Auto OÜ

AS Tallinna Kaubamaja has changed the business name of its subsidiary OptiGroup Invest OÜ (with the group's direct holding of 100%), amended its statutes and elected a new supervisory board. The new business name of OptiGroup Invest OÜ is TKM Auto OÜ. The newly elected supervisory board of TKM Auto OÜ consists of Jüri Käo, Andres Järving and Enn Kunila (members of the supervisory board at the parent company), Raul Puusepp (member of the management board at the parent company) and Aarne Õllek. The members of the supervisory board elected Aarne Õllek as the chairman of the supervisory board. Aarne Õllek was a member of the supervisory board at KIA Auto AS from 1994 to 2009, and has acted as a member of the management board at KIA Auto AS since 2009. In parallel, Aarne Õllek has been a member of the supervisory board at OÜ Ülemiste Autokeskus, a subsidiary of KIA Auto AS, since 2006, and the chairman of the supervisory board at KIA Auto UAB and KIA Automobiles SIA, subsidiaries of KIA Auto AS, since 2007.

OptiGroup Invest OÜ is a subsidiary of AS Tallinna Kaubamaja in the segment of car trade and it incorporates the car trade enterprises within the group. The subsidiary was renamed in order to match the business name of the company with its area of activity.

The renaming of the company and the amendment of the statutes will not change the company's area of activity, and the change will have no impact on the economic activity of Tallinna Kaubamaja group and the interests of its shareholders.
