Tallinna Kaubamaja Group that operates two department stores and Selver chain of grocery stores said it had set up a security services company and catering company .
The Tallinn-listed company said it set up the three companies for improving the structure and making the administration of the group more transparent.
Topsec Turvateenused OÜ (Topsec Security Services) will be handling the security business for the company.
Selver has set up Kulinaaria OÜ with a share capital of EUR 2,500 and will carry out the activities of the central kitchen of Selver.
